The Spalding Inn runs 36-unit guest rooms and a 200-seat restaurant about eight months of the year. They advertise in several New England publications, mail to their 4,000 past customer list and promote on their website: www.spaldinginn.com. Spalding will modify this advertising and promotion to include the availability of your condo unit as determined by the owners availability schedule for rent.
A 20% charge is made for all rentals including promotion and managing, cleaning the unit and changing the linen at the end of each rental period.
